2-br home with pool, hot tub, golf, gym access

My four kids and I stayed in this property for a week. We loved the location which is really more Perdido Key than Pensacola which translated into a peaceful and less busy area. It was very easy to call the resort shuttle and drop us off at the Beach Club across the street and get back. It was easy to walk to the large pool which the kids enjoyed when they were tired of the beach. We ate at two great restaurants nearby, The Jellyfish which was delicious , and the Crab Trap. There is a Publix five minutes away for groceries. The Naval Base is about 18 min away. I would highly recommend going to their musuem. Communication with Dan was always great with immediate responses. It was clean and spacious. We all loved it. We are already talking about staying here again. I highly recommend. The only small thing I would change is maybe have a list of local recommendations to eat and or to do. It's still easy just to hop on here and find out for yourself as well.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The condo was clean and cozy, we felt right at home. The neighborhood was so adorable and safe. We loved the shuttle service to and from the beach. Dan was super kind and wicked quick to respond to any messages. I cannot wait to come back and stay soon.

The house was great and just as pictured. It was clean upon our arrival and served all our needs for the week (meal prep, laundry, comfy bed). Dan was quick to respond to our needs. The shuttle bus to the private beach worked well. Overall, it was a great vacation. Our family of 6 hopes to return soon.

This was the perfect getaway for our little family. We had almost everything that we needed for our kiddos and us! The place clean and so close to the beach and other fun activities!!!The only thing that was disappointing was the wagon was broken/missing a wheel and the umbrella was shredded.. those are both necessary when headed to the beach with young kiddos. When I had reached out about that, I never got a response.

Overall, the property itself is nice. The location felt safe, furnishings were nice, and it was exactly as presented in the listing. However, in my opinion, there is absolutely nothing worse than renting a property that charges customers a cleaning fee only to arrive to find that it has NOT been properly cleaned. There was hair and debris all over the floor throughout the condo. The worse was in the upstairs bathroom, which had a pile of hair and other trash behind the door, and the bathtub drain was full of long black hair. The night that we arrived we were unable to find any washcloths for showers, though I did report it the next morning, and some were promptly delivered. Finally, the towels smelled sour, which is just disgusting. I realize that it is difficult to find good help these days, but shame on whoever “cleans” this property, and if there is someone that follows to inspect the “cleaning”, double shame on you!

Condo was as described and shown in pics . As an fyi there are the two bedrooms as listed and additional bed in couch in living room and a blowup mattress . He was very responsive to questions and sent a helpful guide before trip for local community info . We utilized the shuttles easily for pool and beach.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beach chair service and transportation to the beach is fantastic! The condo was very clean and had most of what we needed. Beds were comfortable and the screened in balcony was great to enjoy without worry of mosquitoes.

Our family loved staying at Dan’s place! We felt very comfortable in this beautiful community. We loved the beach club- it was so convenient and fun for the kids to play in the pool while the adults could enjoy some yummy food & drinks and take in the beautiful ocean view. We were a little too far from the beach to walk, but we’re able to find a parking spot at the public beach access each day that we went to the beach. Also, the community has a shuttle that will take you to & from the beach but we had too much stuff that we were taking along . The beds were so comfortable and the house was super clean and stocked with extra paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, etc which we really appreciated! Although the house is located almost an hour from downtown Pensacola, we were able to find some great restaurants nearby! We loved Cobalt, The Gulf, & Costal. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would recommend Dan’s place to anyone!

Great house in an even better neighborhood with even better amenities! This community is private, gated, and has everything you or your family need to have a great time. Only suggestion we have for others is to bring your own towels because there were not many on site.

Dan was quick to respond to messages. The place only had one key card which proved to be a little tricky. It just forced us to be together more than perhaps the high school kids would have preferred.

La Luna is a great place to lay your head for a few days or longer. The beds were comfortable. There was coffee with creamers and sugar available as well as spices if you decide to cook. There were games for rainy days and lots of sand toys for beach time. The resort had pools, plural, tennis courts, a fitness center and a golf course.
