THE MAD MAHI is a beautiful water-front 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo with a full kitchen, private balcony, pool, Tiki Bar, restaurant, boat ramp, trailer parking and boat slips on site! It is located in the heart of Marathon close to everything. Sombrero Beach, Docksides Bar & Grill, Publix, Walgreens & much more is in walking/bicycling distance. All MAD MAHI guests have access to the private/members only Cabana Club, which has its own private beach, pool, bar & grill.

Start your day enjoying your coffee while watching the boats go by. End your day sipping on a cold cocktail on your private balcony. This newly re-decorated coastal condo has everything & more you need to have an incredible vacation in the Keys! This one bedroom, one bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 people. The large master bedroom offers a plush king sized bed and the living room has a brand new queen sized sleeper sofa. All the essentials are provided for you, including luxury bedding & towels. There is a full kitchen that was recently remodeled with granite countertops and full size appliances (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator plus toaster, blender & coffee machine). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare & serve any meal. You can enjoy your meal at the inside dining table or outside on the patio. Relax in the living room and/or the bedroom both which have flat screen Smart TVs. The condo is also equipped with the fastest internet available. Laundry facilities are on site.

THE MAD MAHI is centrally located in Skipjacks Resort & Marina. Skipjack’s Marina overlooks Boot Key Harbor with boat slips lining the canal directly in front of the condo (contact Dockmaster for availability). There is an on-site boat launch ramp and boat trailer parking. Skipjack’s Resort has a magnificent pool with a tiki bar featuring a full menu. Enjoy the live music while playing ping pong, corn hole, sand volleyball or PICKLEBALL on the brand new Pickleball court. Skipjack’s Blu Bistro Restaurant features the best greek food in the Keys. You really do not even need to leave the resort to have a fabulous vacation but if you choose to venture out Sombrero Beach, one of the Keys biggest & most beautiful beaches, is just down the street. Sombrero Beach also has new playgrounds, sand volleyball courts, and picnic pavilions. Dockside’s Bar & Grill, Boot Key Harbor Marina, Florida Keys Country Golf Course & Club, kayak & bicycle rental, Publix Super Market, Walgreens, & many other shops are all in walking distance from the Resort. Key West is 1 hour south and Islamorada is 45 minutes north of the Resort.

UNIQUE to this condo only! All of our guests get the privilege of access to the private / members only CABANA CLUB while staying at THE MAD MAHI! The Cabana Club is the Florida Keys’ premier private swim & beach club located on the exclusive Key Colony Beach (4 miles from the condo). At the Cabana Club you can enjoy access to a their private beach with beach furniture and drink service. You can also enjoy the huge 65’ x 35’ contemporary “Zero Edge” pool that incorporates large rounded stairs, bench seating, a waterfall and spa / hot tub with massaging jets to help you relax. The pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, maintaining a year round temperature of 85 degrees. The Cabana Club’s Bar / Lounge serves all your favorite cocktails and a full service menu. It also has two flat screen TV’s and a big screen TV for our favorite sports & more! The Beach Shop Snack Bar offers hand dipped ice cream, smoothies, and other sweet treats along with beach essentials, Cabana wear and Island Art.
