Located at the front of Building 1 — the closest tower to both the beach access and Doc's Restaurant — this cheerful, well-stocked studio is one of the most uniquely laid out in the complex, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests with real separation between the sleeping and living spaces.

THE SPACE

What truly sets this studio apart is its floor plan. A partial wall nearly completely separates the sleeping area from the living area — a rare find in a studio — and a pocket door lets you close off the two spaces entirely for added privacy. For groups of 4 sharing a studio, this layout is a game changer.

The sleeping area features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan, tucked away from the living space for a peaceful night's rest.

The living area is bright and comfortable, with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with cable, and full glass sliding doors that open onto the screened 5th floor lanai — where you'll catch glimpses of the Gulf to the west and sunshine all day long. Impact windows throughout keep the condo quiet and comfortable even when the world outside is busy.

The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher — plus dishes, glasses, silverware, and all the basic small appliances you need for easy meals in.

The freshly updated bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower.

On-site, guests enjoy two community pools and two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
