The Blue Ark is in a great location in Holmes Beach and is just 0.2 miles from the beach! We are also a short 0.1 mile walk to the crosswalk that gets you safely to the beach, as well as one of the island's trolley stops. The free trolley stops every 20 minutes and travels up and down the island. When you visit, make sure to hop on the trolley and travel to the north end of the island to get ice cream on Pine Avenue and walk on the Historic Anna Maria Pier, or down to the south end to enjoy Coquina Beach.

We have 3 decks for you to enjoy, each with bay views. The bottom deck has a private pool/ spa and outdoor dining area. The outside has many lights so you can enjoy even at night. The second deck has outdoor dining and is located right outside the main living area. The third deck also has outdoor dining and my favorite - a fire pit! We have stairs that can take you from the pool area to the second floor, or if you need a changing room, there are stairs that will take you from the pool directly to a changing room.

There is a pool and spa available to you in the backyard. The pool is salt-water chlorinated and can heat up and cool down depending on the weather. The heater will be on every day from 7am - 10pm, so the water in the morning will not be as warm. All heated water will be directed into the spa, which overflows to the pool. The temperature gauge is set to 90 degrees. In certain cold weather, it may not reach that number, but our goal is that it is as comfortable for you as possible. If this is too warm, please tell us before you arrive.

The Blue Ark comfortably accommodates 6 adults with a full size/twin combo bunk bed, and bonus room with trundle bed for kids. The second floor is where the main living area is located and has two bedroom suites, one with a queen bed and full bath connected to it, and the other with two twin XL beds that can be easily pushed together or pulled apart. This bedroom suite also has a bathroom with a shower.

The bunk beds and bonus room, where children can play on the video game console provided, are also on the third floor. Each bedroom suite is equipped with blue-tooth and voice activated JBL video and speakers. The third floor is where the master suite is located with a king bed and attached bathroom with a shower. Right outside the master suite we have bunk beds for kids and a bonus room with a trundle bed.

This home has a 4-ton AC unit for third floor comfort and the main 2nd floor bedroom suites come with window units (42 db noise level) allowing each person or couple the ability to set the temperature they wish. Temperatures can go into the 60s.
