This is a very nice downstairs cottage facing the beach. Great screened porch facing the water. Walk across the beach access path just twenty yards from the driveway to fish or sunbathe at the prettiest beaches in the state! Rinse off in our pool just outside the kitchen door. Perfect for one or two couples or a small family. Pets considered, so please inquire before booking. We do charge a Pet fee for well-behaved dogs. 4 person max occupancy. Trout is certainly a bargain and a favorite of many couples who return again and again. Brand new bathroom 2020 as well as new porch and living room furniture as well. Beach access.
