The home is located in a great neighborhood, lots of bike riding opportunities. Very private, heated pool and spacious layout.
Booked by snowbirds 1/15-4/15 every year. So no availability during that time

1:45min drive from Tampa Int. to Port Charlotte. Once you leave Tampa it will be a beautiful scenic drive to get to Sun Kissed Oasis. Watch for turtles, birds and the occasional Alligator in the ponds
30 min drive to Boca Grande and its beautiful beach.

Why this property? Its located n this quiet neighborhood. I fell in love with all the birds and wildlife. We watched a bobcat stroll passed our pool cage and it was amazing. Its peaceful and yet so close to everything.
