The house has been fully renovated. It is located 12 min away from Engelwood Beach. It has a large saltwater heated pool (87F) with overflowing jacuzzi (98F), upon request from 6pm-10pm. If temperature outside at night is lower than 50 degrees the swimming pool cannot be heated. Amenities include: grill, WIFI,multiple TV’s, bicycles, coffee makers, toaster and kitchenware.
