We have stayed at six different condos in our years of coming down to Florida, some very high end. This condo at Bay Isle is the best we have stayed at. It had everything you would need for your stay. The kitchen is so very well equipped for all your needs. All the appliances are updated. The condo is immaculate and very nicely furnished. I personally fell in love with the screened in lanai with its great view. Sabrina and Mike were great hosts to work with. Sabrina was available to work with and meet any questions we might have on how something might work or instructions we might need. On a return I would without a doubt want to stay in this condo at Bay Isle. This was a great vacation.

The owner of the property was wonderful to work with and made both check-in and check-out incredibly smooth and stress-free. The condo was clean, and the newly renovated kitchen was a great bonus. The location couldn't have been better - it was the perfect place to relax while enjoying a beautiful, peaceful view of the bay. The beach was just a quick five-minute drive away, making everything so convenient.

We stayed for the Month of March in this beautiful place. The unit itself was completely remodeled and had all the conveniences of home, including pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, and a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms were oversized and both had comfortable beds, the living room had a new Lazy Boy sleeper sofa. The star of the unit is definitely the double wide patio which has plenty of seating, and right outside your door is the beautiful peaceful waters where we saw Dolphins swim every morning and evening ! The Complex is set on the InterCostal and features a 1.5 mile walking path, which we enjoyed daily. We are planning our visit next year !

My husband and I spent a month in this beautiful waterfront Condo, which featured a double wide porch with plenty of seating to see the Dolphins in their natural environment. The Community of Bay Island was very welcoming to us, and we felt like it was our 2nd home. The complex has 6 pools that are kept in pristine order, a clubhouse with pool tables, ping pong and shuuffleboard. The Condo itself was beautiful, plenty of space in the updated kitchen with all the kitchen tools you will need. The living area had very comfortable couches, and a queen size Lazy Boy pull out sofa for when your extra guests arrive. All this is set on a 1.5 mile walking path thru the complex. We have truly enjoyed our visit to Bay Island, and have already booked for next year !

This Condol was clean and newly renovated. Had everything we needed for our stay. Great location close to nearby shopping, beaches, and Restaurants. Loved seeing the Dolphins on our walk around the complex. Host is very nice and easy to reach. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We will return in 2027.
