About the owner: As the Cheerful Rentals Team, we are thrilled to host you in our dear friend’s Family Dream Property, Bradenton Banyan Bungalow! We live less than 5 miles away and have a Real Estate Storefront located at 119 Bridge Street (on Anna Maria Island). Please come visit us, as we promise to offer GREAT service filled with CHEER!
We have 2 children, and they are the BEST! John graduated High School from IMG Academy and attends Furman University where he plays football. Samantha also graduated from IMG Academy and attends Georgia Southern University as a Hammer and Weight thrower on the the Track and Field team.
We moved here from Louisville, KY in 2017 as educators, and we all absolutely love the area, beach, and water. We are avid boaters and experts of the area that can offer tips necessary to help you enjoy our paradise.
Should you decide to look into Real Estate while you are in the area, we can help with that too! We can set up tours while you're here and virtually assist when you head home.

Laura M.Beautiful, relaxing interior and quick trip to Anna Maria
Cheerful rentals was responsive and friendly. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and just a quick 10-15 minute car ride to Anna Maria beaches and restaurants. The house was clean, professionally updated and perfect for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy. There were well cared for beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and beach bags. If we come back to Bradenton area we definitely will check Cheerful Rental properties and the availability of this house.
