Leslie B.Lovely home in need of some TLC
We rented this property for two months and were pleased with the property. However simple maintenance could be improved. The interior of the house is well kept but window sills, light fixtures and ceiling fans need to be dusted, a little more attention by the cleaning crew would be nice. The pool is awesome! Had a few days where pool was cloudy and green, pool maintenance guy not at all friendly and was supposed to show up weekly, but did not. Claimed pool was vacuumed, but debris always on the bottom of pool. Had power issue and portions of pool deck were removed. Replacement of pool deck did not happen while we we there, so we avoided that part of the pool deck. Kim, the owner responded quickly with our concerns. We would definitely rent this property again.

We recently stayed in this beautiful vacation home in Seminole, Florida and can’t wait to return next year! The house is spacious with comfy living room, updated kitchen, and three large bedrooms. The master suite has a slider door steps away from a large saltwater pool! We enjoyed time lounging at the quiet, private, fenced-in pool and playing a few games of pool in the bonus room. The beach, shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants are all within a 10-15 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and Kim the owner was just a text away to answer any questions. It was an amazing vacation!
