Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2024 only. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available.
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access on a private beach and outdoor shower. This unit features granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. The condo has a small table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying meals while looking at the gulf and listening to the sound of the waves. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. 1 parking space is provided per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside and several restaurants are a short bike ride away.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
No Animals Allowed of any kind

No golf carts allowed anywhere on the property
Minimum age to rent is 25
Person renting unit must be staying in it

Located along Scenic Hwy 30A the area is made of quaint beach towns connected by a 2 lane winding coastal highway. There is a 19 mile bike path that joins the coastal communities by bike providing an extra way to explore the coastal towns and taste local cuisine at each beach community. This is a place where time slows down and creates a care free relaxing atmosphere.
