The timeless Edgewater Beach Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Panama City Beach with its beautiful sugary sand and emerald blue waters. It is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Edgewater is a gated property with controlled access and 24-hour security. The 110-acre resort features unsurpassed amenities including 11 swimming pools (including a 11,400 sq foot lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, exotic plants), whirlpools, on-site golf course, fitness center, 11 tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, and on-site restaurant. There is also a Kidz Klub which features daily activities for children including, golf lessons, tennis lessons, arts and crafts, and much more. All amenities are now free with the exception of the 9-hole executive golf course. Free fitness center, tennis, pickleball, etc. Also on site is Ocean's Bar and Grill where you can enjoy the gulf breezes as you dine on their deck, order drives while lounging at the pool, or enjoy their take out on your own balcony with spectacular views of the gulf.
This 3BR, 3BA, 1573 sq foot condo was fully renovated in 2024 with new furniture, flooring, appliances, doors and more. It is furnished with 2 king bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps 5 (including the trundle). There are smart TVs in every room and it can comfortably sleep 9.
There’s plenty of room for the entire family to gather for meals. The large, 72" round dining room table seats 8 along with 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The balcony features a comfortable loveseat and chair to enjoy the gulf breezes and spectacular sunsets. The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. Quiet washtower is also located in the kitchen.
The living room area includes a comfortable, large sectional sofa where the family can relax and enjoy gulf views or have a movie night with the 65" smart TV.
The master bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the emerald blue waters of the Gulf and a sliding door leading to the balcony. This unit is angled so that the master angles west and you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your bed or the double-sized reading chair. The master suite has a large walk-in closet, double vanities with granite countertop, and a walk-in shower.
You are going to love your stay at Majestic Cottage. The 5th floor unit is just high enough that you can sip your coffee and watch the dolphins cruise the shore in the mornings while listening to the waves crashing on the shore. You get the full sights and sounds of being at the beach.
Edgewater Registration: Guests will be required to register with the Edgewater Guest Registration system prior to their arrival. The registration fee provides parking and resort amenities. The cost of this registration will be the responsibility of the Guest and is $50 for 1 car, $30 for 2nd, and $50 for the 3rd.
Must be 25 to rent at Edgewater. Absolutely no pets or smoking.

Gorgeous ocean views on comfy outdoor furniture, Awwwww. The owner was very genuine and quick to help with any questions we had during our stay. Majestic Cottage at Edgewater was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and very roomy. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if visiting Panama City Beach. The Condo is well-furnished and the owner even had travel size shampoo and conditioner in all of the bathrooms, which was a plus, and extra rolls of toilet paper in all of the bathrooms. The views from the Condo were also spectacular! You definitely will not be disappointed in this Condo.

Wayne’s condo was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated, clean, included high end appliances and kitchen items, and comfortable furniture. We felt very much at home!! So much so that my husband and I booked a hotel down the street for our wedding night (to escape grandma and the kids!) and we ended up back at the condo!! Wayne provided everything you could need including cooking items, starter laundry/bath/dish items, extra blankets, a fan, and 4 beach chairs. I really liked that there were plugs on the nightstand for multiple electronics at one time. The resort was fantastic! Oceans bar and grill was wonderful. Our kiddos loved the heated pool, the hot tubs, and even braved the non-heated lagoon pool in January! Wayne was extremely prompt with responding to any questions I had throughout the stay. Next time we visit PCB, we will definitely be booking this condo!! Thank you, Wayne!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beachfront condo. The communication from the start to finish was incredible. He was so attentive and responded very quickly via text or via chat. The condo is absolutely breathtaking. Kitchen has plenty of amenities. Bedrooms are all spacious and accommodating. Mattress was wonderful. everything that we needed for a beach vacation. Would not hesitate to book here again. Condo was perfect, just for sitting on the balcony and watching the waves, relaxing in the family room, and hanging out with family and friends. Super close to the stairs, Bridgeway to the golf resort side, and all the pools .

This place was everything we needed for our family getaway. We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 which was at the property, so the perfect location. The beach and pool were great, and we enjoyed some of the restaurants close by. The property owner was very responsive and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
