The Space:
This beautiful 12th floor beachfront condominium in the Silver Shells St. Maarten building has more than 2,000 square feet of living space and 360 square feet of balcony space. The living room, dining room, and master bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to private balconies with spectacular views overlooking the pool, beaches, and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This condominium has a private elevator that opens directly into the unit.

Guest Access:
Check in time is 4pm Central time and Check out is 10 am. In order to check in directly at unit, you must be on property by 5pm, Central Time. After 5pm Central Time you will need to go to our rental office in Fort Walton Beach to pick up a packet with your Check in information.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have access to our Guest app that we have added some or our favorites places to eat, visit, activities to help you plan the perfect visit and have all the property information right on your phone.

The Neighborhood:
Includes the only pool-side cabanas along the Emerald Coast, a beach-side bar and grill, 7500-square-foot lagoon pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, watersport rentals, and organized beach activities. Placed in the heart of Destin, this beach resort is close to all the best restaurants, attractions, and shopping in the area. Indoor/Outdoor swimming pool at the clubhouse: Heated year round as needed
Lagoon swimming pool heated: Nov 22- Dec 01, Dec 20- Jan 03, and during Spring Break (Dates not confirmed)

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age requirement - 25 years old
Guests have access to the Silver Shells Clubhouse, fitness center, and indoor/ outdoor pool. See code section. Wristbands must be worn at the pool and common areas at all times. 8 wristbands are located on the kitchen counter.
Winter guests must wear wristbands when using the Fitness Center, Beach and Tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts. HOA will be enforcing wristbands in all locations.
Does not include beach service, but you may purchase it separately each morning from the vendor at the beach.
2 Beach chairs and 1 umbrella in the unit for your use.
5 Key Fobs that operate the private elevator entrance along with pool and beach gates are also located on the kitchen counter. $50.00 Key fee will be charged if key fobs are not left in unit.
