This spacious unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen with dining area, a living area a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a set of twin beds, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We supply plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets, bathroom towels, and beach towels. Each unit has enough paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent to get you settled in.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.  

Sea Oats condominiums are located close to area attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The Boardwalk Pavillion is down the road with plenty of entertainment options. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is close by and open to visitors. Take a short 10 minute drive to Destin, FL... "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village"

Parking: Two parking passes issued for guests. No boats, RVs, or trailers are allowed during the rental season (spring and summer). Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
