This four bedroom 3.5 bath home is meticulously maintained. The top floor offers the master suite, an ensuite and a half bath. This is our second home and we treat it as such!!

DURING THE SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS WE ONLY RENT ON A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY TIME FRAME. AFTER AUGUST OUR MINIMUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS. HIGH SEASON RUNS FROM THE FIRST SATURDAY IN FEBRUARY UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST.

Why Kids Love It

You must use the boardwalks to access the beach area in Flagler Beach. This makes for a very safe environment for kids and peace of mind for parents. The waves are great supplying an endless source of fun.

Area Information

Flagler Beach is a small community on the east coast directly between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Flagler provides that old Florida charm and family atmosphere that is so hard to find anymore. You don't have to arrive at the beach at 6am to grab just a little bit of the sand. There is always plenty of room at Flagler Beach!

Attractions Within Walking Distance

The beach is obviously the biggest attraction and is just steps away from the house. There are 2 restaurants within a very short distance, The Turtle Shack and the Java Joint. The downtown area of Flagler Beach stretches from 1.5 to 2.5 miles. There are no franchises permitted in the Flagler Beach area, all of the restaurants and businesses are all locally owned. There are many exceptional places to enjoy a wonderful meal within minutes of the house. The Turtle Shack being one of my favorites!

All of the restaurants and businesses are locally owned, you'll find a great food at a decent price pretty much any place you decide to grace with your presence. No fighting at the beach for a place to sit, head down whenever you like. Beach fishing is very popular please check with the local bait shop to see what is running and the bait to use!
