You are close enough to hear the waves while you enjoy your coffee on the front porch in the morning and a cocktail by the pool in the evening. There are great restaurants within 5 minutes and a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill for dining in. We have towels, an umbrella, 6 beach chairs & wagon to make your beach day a breeze.

Perfect for families, Aquamarine is a beautiful little gem in a quiet, low density neighborhood on the west end of Panama City Beach. It's an easy walk to Public beach access 92, 91, 90 or 89.

It's the perfect location, equally close to all of the shopping, dining and fun of PCB, Pier Park & Rosemary Beach/30A!

A craftsman-style bungalow built in 2022 with gorgeous finishes throughout including granite countertops and stainless appliances. All-new furnishings and linens are the perfect complement to create an inviting and comfortable stay. The bedrooms each have large flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, large closets, dressers and blackout shades for sleeping in or mid-day naps!.

Primary bedroom: King bed, granite vanity, dual shower heads in walk-in tile shower with bench seat, water closet, walk-in closet.

Guest bedroom 1: King bed, dressing table, two closets, dresser

Guest bedroom 2: Twin XL/Full XL bunk bed, additional full bed, sliding-door closet

Hall bath - Tiled tub/shower combo, single vanity with granite top

Outside boasts a beautiful private backyard oasis. A beautiful heated pool with tanning shelf and deep-end seating. A covered patio with seating and a gas grill for dinners in. We have an outdoor shower on the side of the house to rinse off from the beach.

Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use.

We also have 1 booster-style high chair.

Area Information

The west end of Panama City Beach is a wonderful destination for families and couples. Sunnyside is a quiet neighborhood nestled between Front Beach and Back Beach Road just before they come together at the far west end of PCB/Bay County. It is mostly single-family homes and beachfront homes.
