The condo has the highly sought after view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoy spectacular sunrises from your east balcony and also spectacular sunsets dipping into the Gulf from your west balcony. Lie in bed in the master BR and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico through the patio door. The spacious unit is 2 to 3 times the size of a typically hotel room. Take the elevator down to the parking garage and walk onto the beach--it's that easy ! Master BR has king bed w/en suite walk in shower. Guest BR has 2 double beds w/private full bath. With a full size kitchen you'll $ave by not having to dine out every meal.
The complex has an oversized pool heated to 86 degrees for year round comfort. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas surround the pool. North end of the building has charcoal grills. Each floor has a coin laundry room $2/wash & $2/dry. Unit is contactless & keyless entry.

About the owner: I'm a true beach lover. I never get tired of watching sunsets into the Gulf. They'll put a dolphin and palm tree on my tombstone. Seafood ? LOVE it--could eat it every day.
Why this property? This property appeals to everyone from ages 1 to 101. It's great for couples, families, seniors, and girls/guy trips. Our pool is larger than most complexes in the area and is heated to 86 degrees for year-round comfort. Although there is no washer/dryer inside the unit, there is a coin laundry room on each floor of the building. The PSTA public transit stops right in front of the building so easy to catch to go to Clearwater Beach, John's Pass, or St. Pete Beach. Parking is a nightmare at those places.

What an absolute beautiful time staying at Unit 101 at Holiday Villas 2. The room was clean, had everything we needed for our week stay. Ned’s were comfy and the living space was perfect for the 6 of us. My family loved the wrap around porch from sunrise to sunset. Highly recommend if you’re a family who loves to spend hours at the beach - this unit is seconds away! Wonderful stay!

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Holiday Villas II unit 101 as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Literally 30 steps to the beach or warm salt water pool. It was an easy walk to many restaurants and cafes. Wonderful beach trolley outside the door. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.
