Beautiful Bonefish Yacht Club 3/3 townhome! Overlooking the waterfront marina, this 3 story townhome, end unit has been thoughtfully updated and curated for a tranquil hotel experience with all the comforts of home. We welcome you to ask questions and look forward to having you as our guest!

We fell in love with Caribbean waters, the ease of getting to the Keys, and all the beaches and outdoor activities.

1st Level:
Entry Way: Enter with a sense of whimsy and delight-- leave your shoes and worries at the door. Here you will find beach towels, bench and hooks for your belongings.

2nd Level:
Up the stairs to the main living area, enjoy a comfortable living area with a Smart TV/Cable. Enjoy cooking or entertaining in a well-stocked chef’s kitchen while overlooking the open-concept living area.

The dining table has a butterfly expansion for seating up to 8.

The patio is a great place to enjoy coffee or watch the sunset with cocktails overlooking the marina. During the spring/summer, you can often see the manatees that sun themselves in the marina.

On this floor, you’ll have access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The charming 'Ocean's enSuite' sleeps 2 adults or children with two (2) twin beds. The room has toddler books, games, and toys. You will also find in the closet stocked with a pack-n-play, and linens; a high chair, and a potty training seat.

3rd Level:
2 King enSuites & Laundry - Up the stairs, there are two (2) en Suites:

“Captain’s Quarters” with marina views of vibrant turquoise and emerald water. Enjoy a luxurious king bed with percale sheets, lofty hypoallergenic pillows, a walk-in closet, and a flatscreen tv. The private bathroom includes double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a gorgeous soaking tub along with toiletries and hotel-grade towels.
There is a designated workspace for those who need to plug in while unplugging.

“Sunshine Lookout”- The second ensuite is a joyfully decorated spacious room with a king bed with percale sheets and lofty hypoallergenic pillows, a large walk-in closet, a flatscreen tv, and a private full bath. While you might be ‘out of the office,’ there is also a workspace in case you have to check your email. This suite overlooks the lush greenery of the 4-acre grounds.

A decorative hallway separates the two rooms. The laundry area includes eco-friendly supplies and a brand-new LG stackable washer and dryer.

SAFETY:

Bonefish Yacht Club is adjacent to Bonefish Marina which is open water. We do recommend for those who cannot swim or with children to ensure proper adult supervision or life jackets.

The townhome does have one, actively recording camera on the front door which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

The home is tranquil and restful-- we wanted our guests to have a 'turnkey' experience as they stay with us to enjoy your vacation. The home is fully supplied so that you can just show up and relax.

Why Kids Love It

Our kids love the Keys-- we continuously add books, games and toys in the Ocean's Room. Whether it is fishing off the pier, swimming in the community pool or finding hermit crabs and shells at the nearby beaches.

We do recommend for your safety that adult supervision and/or life vest be used as our townhome is adjacent to open water with the Bonefish Marina.

Area Information

We love the community of Marathon as it is family friendly, plenty of access to beaches and activities. The middle key makes for easy day trips to Key Largo, Islamorada, or Key West-- but host plenty to do if you just want to relax

Bonefish Yacht Club is a quiet community that is less than 5 minutes to Coco Plum Beach or 15 minutes to Sombreo Beach.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

We recommend driving the .7mi to Coco Plum Beach especially if you are toting the provided beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys.

Favorite Places To Eat

We love the following:

- Burdine's Waterfront-- the fried shrimp, mahi sandwiches and the sunset views are a must do

-Irie Island Eats- this little food truck is probably our favorite food on the island-- be it the smoke fish dip or the Havana bowl- YUM!

- King's Seafood- you can pick up fresh catch to cook yourself or we always indulge in the Calamari Yellow Rice and add shrimp-- serving sizes are large

- Keys Fisheries- you can eat on the water, pick up fresh seafood at their market or it is our absolute favorite smoked fish dip on the Island.
