Need to Know
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the front of garage and another on the southeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Anthony G.Great time for everyone at Johnny’s Beach Hideaway
For 10 people from 16 months to 56 years old everything we needed was there. Our own pool fire pit for evening fun smoker for some outdoor grilling lots of tv for kid’s entertainment crockpot for some home cooking close to some very good restaurants. And the Beach the beautiful beach so close less than a5 minute walk not to mention the extras like beach chairs umbrellas toys and a beach wagon to haul it all. The golf cart was a great help to to ferry everyone to the restaurants. Thanks Alan from all of us what a beautiful vacation spot. We plan to come back

excellent location, very close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, for the price this property is worth it, you can't use the pool after sunset because of the mosquitoes, but the backyard is very nice, we spent very relaxing afternoons there.

We rented this house for the 1st week of April and it was amazing. The decor was vintage and fun. The layout was great for use. We had adults and teenagers and it provided plenty of room for teenagers to spread out between the 2 living rooms and the adults had bedrooms. Washer and dryer were nice and easy access from the garage. Pool was convenient behind the house with the patio room off the kitchen for kids to wash off before tracking into the house. The walk to the beach was easy and took about 3 min tops. We walked every morning to IRB cafe just 2 blocks away. We also walked to Crabbys and Guppy’s for dinner. This was a great home to rent. We loved it and Alan at Clearwater was super at responding and helping for any needs we might have.

This home is amazing. Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The back is an oasis! You do not have to leave to feel like you are on the beach. We had an amazing time. My dog Toes thoroughly enjoyed the beach in the backyard. We will come back. The home is roomy and we'll stocked.

House: The house was spacious, was nice, and had a lovely pool. Had a washing machine which was a great addition. The couch beds were very comfortable unlike most.Location: Location was incredible, right near the beach which was nice for those in our group that wanted to take breaks from the beach. It was very nice to not have to rent a car.Communication: Alan was a great communicator, always answered very quickly, and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly.Overall, would definitely recommend this place for a large group.
