The driveway accommodates up to six cars or trailers, and there’s room for two watercraft. It's important to be respectful of the neighborhood and avoid creating wakes.

Need to Know
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance to the front door and another on the southwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

This house had everything and more that helped our family have a relaxing carefree vacation. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and the fur babies. The fenced in yard was so worry free from pets running away. Will definitely be back and stay longer.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. The kids (ages 2–15) had a blast, and the adults did too! The layout was ideal—plenty of room to gather together, yet easy to find our own space when needed. The house had everything we could possibly want, from shampoo and pool floats to kids’ toys. The kayaks were such a fun bonus—the guys especially loved spending time out on the water. The location was fantastic: Weeki Wachee was right nearby, Busch Gardens less than an hour away, and Orlando only about two hours. The pool was wonderful, and the sandy “beach” area gave the kids a true beach experience without the hassle of traveling to one. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We honestly can’t say enough great things and are already planning to rebook!

Gulf Coast Getaway Vacation home was great. Super location, great amenities, clean, good furniture and well stocked with all the needed supplies. Close to all stores but in a quiet neighbor hood. The indoor spaces were big enough where all 12 of us could sit and chat with each other. The screened in porch kept out the bugs and was a nice big space where we also could sit together. Our family really enjoyed our stay! The area was beautiful. Surrounded by the canals, each window had a lovely view! Neighbors were quiet and the location felt safe overall. The pool was an amazing temperature during our stay and there were so many additional toys, floats, and accessories that made spending hours in the pool effortless! The layout of the house is so accommodating for a large family, or multiple families, providing quiet individual spaces and entertaining common areas alike! The only drawback we had was that the pictures seemed to have been taken a while ago. Some gym equipment pictured was missing and many areas of the house needed fresh paint or minor maintenance. It feels like it’s time for some upkeep even on the exterior of the house. Other than that, we had a great time and overall experience at this home. The hosts check in frequently and are friendly and responsive! Linens and towels were clean and spotless! The lower level game area was a fun highlight!

Kasey J.Gulf Coast Getaway - what an amazing house!!
Our family spent a week at Gulf Coast Getaway, and what an amazing week it was. From the gorgeous views of BOTH sunrise & sunset from the deck, the peaceful view of the water, the convenience of the dock for our boat, the heated swimming pool the provided kayaks, the well equipped gym, to all the games available to play... it was a house to brag about. There were a few small things that needed attention when we got there and a maintenance man was there quickly to fix those things. This house is located close to Weeki Wachee where we took full advantage of the kayaks that came with the house on multiple days. Did i mention that this house is dog friendly and has a 100% fenced in back yard?! The host had no issues with us bringing all FIVE of the dogs with us. The next time we stay in this area, this house will be the 1st one we look at the available dates for! The only thing that would have put this place above & beyond would have been a better stocked kitchen, but nothing is perfect and we were easily able to purchase what was needed from the local Walmart (less than 5 miles away)!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely home. The home was incredibly clean and tastefully decorated throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals at home, we opted to eat out every night though so we really only used the kitchen for breakfasts and some lunches. The home is bright and fresh, we spent the majority of the time in the pool or on the upper deck off of the family room. The pool is a nice size for floating around in an inflatable pool chair, as mentioned we spent most of our afternoons in the pool. Hernando Beach is a small, tight knit community, we were really impressed with how friendly everyone was despite all of the challenges they have dealt with since the recent hurricanes, we made a point of going to every restaurant and Tiki Bar in Hernando and we enjoyed every single one of them, our favorite though was the Lazy Lizard! The food is incredible and the gator and turtles are fun to feed. The gentleman who comes to clean the pool is so much fun, we had some great chats about football with him, and he leaves the pool spotless. All of the neighbors are really friendly as well. Ok, one last point… this house has an Echelon bike and I’m surprised I liked it so much! I am a die hard Peloton addict and I far preferred the ride on the Echelon (sorry Peloton). Bottom line this house is awesome, we had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning again.

Perfect home on the water! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need while hosting. Beds were comfortable, interior was spacious, well lit, and very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The home was great and had all the comforts for a good week away from home. The water views were breathtaking and we really enjoyed being close to the flats, and the gulf. We were able to rent a boat just a 1/2 mile away which we docked at the private dock with no problem. This property proved to be a wonderful place to stay! The owner was on top of everything and easy to work with when we needed anything. The backyard pool and landscaping is so pretty with all the beautiful tropical plants and even an area of sand for the children. There were plenty of chaise lounge chairs for the pool area, the pool was clean and the pool temperature perfect. We took our 25 ft boat and were able to easily dock it which made for fun on the Hernando flats as well as some scuba diving for some of our group. Although we did not use them, there were kayaks available and they even have an exercise room. A very relaxing place that I hope we have the privilege of staying at again in the future. Thank you!

We had a crew of 11 and the bedroom situation couldn’t have been better for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and suited to several people preparing meals together. The pool was very nice and the screened porch above made watching the kids a pleasure. Our special pleasure was the view. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets and a whole host of water fowl. Twice we saw a dolphin just a few feet from the dock! Wonderful stay!
