We were back for our second booking with the Tomsho’s and it was nothing less than perfect. The three bedrooms are so spacious for our family of 6, beautiful views with large balcony, lots of kitchen tools/dishes, and plenty of space in the kitchen/dining/living room area for all of us. Being on the 3rd floor is a huge plus with the parking garage skywalk on the same floor. If you’re thinking of booking this unit, just do it- you will not be disappointed!! Carol and John are easy to work with & very responsive which is a huge plus, as well!

As soon as I walked into this unit I knew I would have a great week. It was very, very clean. I’m a little bit picky about rentals not being clean. I felt like I just cleaned my house at home so I’m good for the week. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The curtains were super clean and not dusty at all. The balcony was great to sit out on and watch the ocean. Also, the balcony was so clean too. The white towels were very nice and thick. I liked that the owner put an extra black makeup towel out for use. The owner also had a lot of little extras in the unit that made it have a higher end hotel vibe. I won’t say what those extras were but a thoughtful touch that’s for sure. The TVS all worked and were large screen, very nice and easy to use as the directions were simple. We didn’t cook in but the kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes if we did need to cook in. The coffee bar was a nice touch and used plenty. The location of this unit on the end of the third floor was perfect. My husband and I walk alot and did the steps easily because we liked to. The third floor also has the best access to the parking garage. One more thing we loved!! The owner rents 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for the guests. That’s fantastic as you don’t have to worry about where your spot on the beach will be. Also having a cooler and extra beach chairs is great!! We will be reserving this unit again!!
