THE HOME
Texas Tides is a Destin beach house rental with private beach access in Crystal Beach, sitting on a corner lot in Kokomo Cove with a white picket fence and decks on every level. The private beach access is just down the road, and guests say it's a quieter beach with fewer crowds.

The first floor has an open living area with hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and bay-window dining, and two guest bedrooms. Upstairs, the king master suite has a seating area, double vanity, jetted garden tub, walk-in shower and its own big deck for Gulf breezes. Up top, the sunroom with a sleeper sofa and TV is the kids' hangout. Big groups love how much room there is to spread out.

THINGS TO KNOW
• Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 9 AM. Your smart lock door code arrives on check-in day around 4 PM.

• Starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 bar soaps per bathroom, hand soap, 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels.
• This home has a monitor that detects smoke, vape, noise and guests over the occupancy limit. Violations result in removal without refund.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended during hurricane season.
• Firearms left behind will be turned over to local police.
• Licensed short-term rental. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests must follow City of Destin ordinances.
• Requires a completed rental agreement with ID verification.
