Furnished Townhouse/Condo located in a quiet complex with only 6 units. Walk out your lanai straight to the pool. Beautiful backyard preserve, no backyard neighbors. This condo has newer appliances including washer and dryer, Master bedroom has a King bed and the master bath has double sinks and a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and the guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo as well as a single vanity. Loft has a Futon (full bed). Beach items such as beach towels, chairs, and umbrella are provided for guests. Fort Myers Beach is 18 miles away. Unit is at the end with it's own private patio and grilling area as well as a lanai facing the pool.

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*
*No more than 4 Vehicles parked at the home, You may park in driveway, do not park in street or on sidewalk you will get a ticket*

About the owner: I have been traveling to Southwest Florida for over 30 years. When I retired, I knew it was time to stop spending my winters in Wisconsin and enjoy the beautiful sunshine of Florida. There is no better place to be.
Why this property? I picked this property due to the location. It borders Cape Coral and is near downtown Fort Myers. Only 18 miles to Fort Myers Beach. It is quiet, private, and the neighbors are wonderful. Only 6 units in the entire complex.
