This condo has newer appliances including washer and dryer, Master bedroom has a King bed and the master bath has double sinks and a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and the guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo as well as a single vanity. Loft has a Futon (full bed). Beach items such as beach towels, chairs, and umbrella are provided for guests. Fort Myers Beach is 18 miles away. Unit is at the end with it's own private patio and grilling area as well as a lanai facing the pool.

It was very easy working with Jim and Kelly to rent their lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in North Ft Myers. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a newly refinished and fenced in swimming pool that is shared with the other 5 attached townhomes. The townhome is an end unit and is furnished and has all the amenities that you would normally use at home. There is a lanai that can be accessed by either the living room or laundry room which takes you out to the backyard and pool area. We really enjoyed sitting in the living room and looking out at the wooded area behind the townhome. We rented from the beginning of Jan through end of March. It has easy access to shopping, restaurants, pickleball and walking. We had friends often visit us while there and they were impressed with how spacious and more reasonably priced the townhome was compared to the condo they were renting on the beach. We enjoyed getting to know Kelly and Jim.
