About the owner: My family and I have always believed in working hard and playing hard. We enjoy boating and fishing and live on the water in the greater suburbs of Michigan. We often retreat to our private oasis to recharge and relax whenever possible and excitingly look forward to our time. We truly hope that you enjoy or little piece of paradise as much as we do and look forward to hosting you and your family.
Why this property? We often looked at homes after visiting Florida, prior to purchasing "Latitude Adjustment". We were WOWED and totally amazed at the setting and outdoor backyard area of this home. It was truly beyond belief and all we wanted and more in regards to our dream waterfront home, also the town of Port Charlotte was so, friendly, charming, fun and quaint we fell in love with it. This is truly a "one of a kind property", very special, and great for entertaining!!!
