Refund policy - up to 30 days prior, full refund. 15-29 days prior, 50% refund. 0-14 days prior, no refund.

Latitude Adjustment house is awesome. It is very peaceful and quiet all amenities are Provided as stated.. Caught a 28 inch snook from canal at house.,Wish we could have kept it but they were not in season. Owners are very Quick to respond with any questions.

"Latitude Adjustment" is a very special place! It is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and has everything needed to make guests feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked. Torie Ray is exceptionally responsive and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect! We highly recommend it!
