Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and smart TV and the Den has a smart TV and a desk for those who may have to work a little on vacation. The condo also has a one car detached garage. When you transfer the amenities, you have access to all amenities to include: pickleball, tennis, bocce, fitness center, spa, salon and main resort pool with zero entry as well as multiple satellite pools throughout the community. Best feature of all is once you transfer the golf membership, you are a full member of the recently acclaimed Gordon Lewis golf course and you are only required to pay for cart fee for each round. ++This unit is a pet free unit++
