Absolutely Amazing!!

This condo at Sunset Cove Condominiums was absolutely amazing! From the front door you can see the beautiful bay to the left.. this is where my family and I went fishing, right off the privately owned dock. The location is perfect. To the right of the condo is the beautiful beach (literally steps away, right across the road). The condo was fully furnished, including everything my family and I needed for our week vacation. No need to bring beach chairs, sand toys, or beach towels.. the condo already has all the items you would need to be able to enjoy a day out at the beach. The pool was also refreshing, clean, and warm making swimming very comfortable! Also, I forgot to mention that the kitchen in the condo was fully stocked with kitchenware. Pearl, was a very nice, welcoming, friendly lady. The other guest were so friendly and very welcoming-- They were all so quick to share ideas of special places/things to do while visiting on the island. Gayle, the owner of the condo was very easy to work with, friendly, straightforward with directions (which I absolutely love)-- all of these things are exactly why our family vacation (as well as our condo) was absolutely amazing! We can't wait to come back and visit again soon!

Peaceful Florida

Sunset Cove is the place you want to go to get away from the crowds of big beaches. The beach is right across the street and very peaceful. Condo was clean and welled supplied with what you need for showering, cooking and entertaining. We have stayed in both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. Both were comfortable. We will be back.

Our fav place

We absolutely love everything about staying at sunset cove and renting from gayl it’s became our home away from home we stay here two times a year. This quaint little two bedroom oasis has everything you need to just bring your clothes and yourself. There’s access to the bay and pool and beach and a couple restaurants Kai Tiki and Caddy’s in walking distance. Everything is so private and peaceful not over crowded and we love that about staying here. Very well kept and maintained and welcoming. We will always be back to enjoy this slice of paradise

a great condo close to the beach and everything else

The condo was very well kept close to the beach! It is close to restaurants and bars! The people in the complex are very friendly. Gayl was very good and her family are very good to work with. I go to every year and I love it !

Quiet Relaxing week

Appreciated a very clean 2 bedroom condo and well stocked. My mom (89) loved coming back to the condo to take a break, sit in the recliner with a view of the Bay out the fri t door. Great pool. Beach access across the street. I’m a walker, loved Caddy’s beach bar on my return back from my walks. Beds very comfortable. Met people from different states. Would stay there again

Great location!

We love this place! Everything you need and want- Gulf of Mexico across the street, and Boca Ciega Bay behind us. Quiet stretch of beach. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our week's stay. This is our 3rd year visiting this property, and we'll be back. Treasure Island is a great destination.

Always a Wonderful Stay

My family and I have been visiting Gayl’s Treasure Island condo for several years now and we always enjoy our stay! Gayl and her family are always a pleasure to book with and helpful for any questions or suggestions of things to do in the area! The location of the condo is incredibly convenient with a direct beach access (and hot and cold shower on property for after the beach) and proximity to many things to do! The pool on site and dock for fishing are a great bonuses!

Great Location

The condo was fully stocked and had a great layout. The owners were very accessible and answered all our questions. There was no deck but there was lots of seating by the pool and the dock so that worked out well. Beach is super close and walking the beach everyday was a dream. Restaurants were within walking distance. A dishwasher would have been handy.

Beautiful views, close to beach. Our 2nd time renting and we will be coming back.

You can see the Gulf, the bay and the pool from our front door. The unit was clean and was stocked with everything that was needed for our stay. We have stayed in this unit twice and do plan on coming back in the future. There is a Publix grocery store about a 1/2 mile away, There are 2 rowdy bars down the street with music, but we enjoyed a less than 15 minute drive to Gulf port to enjoy some local talent that was playing at a couple restaurant's there all within 2 blocks of each other.

Quiet and Relaxing

This was our second time staying at Sunset Cove and as expected it was wonderful. Gayl is more than helpful and easy to get in touch with. The condo is well kept and so is the complex. This place has the perfect location, everything is close by, super easy access to the beach, the option of a pool, fishing off the dock, and grocery stores and restaurants aren't far. The area is beautiful and is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We will be back.

Relaxing stay

Staying at sunset cove was a very relaxing week! Private access to a beautiful beach w/beautiful sunsets & seashells galore was perfect. My daughter has a hard time walking long distances so this access was convenient for her as well. The pool was kept very clean. Other people living/staying here were kind. Location is really nice, away from all the hustle & bustle,yet not too far away. Drive to Tampa international was around 45 mins with traffic. I will keep sunset cove & treasure island in mind for vacation again!

Everything you could possibly need!

Wonderful stay at Sunset Cove! Perfect location, very clean, nice pool....Beach chairs and small cooler provided to take to beach. We had everything we needed. Plenty of eating establishments within walking distance. Ordered food through Publix delivery. Never missed having a car! If you want a stress free and relaxing experience, stay here!!

Treasure Island Escape

Perfect Location

I had the most wonderful stay at this perfectly located condo with both sunrises and sunsets. With bay views and the beach across the street, you couldn't ask for a better spot. So conveniently located down the street from Caddy's on the Beach and Ka'Tiki, two great bars to kick back and relax while listening to music. Everything is right there at your fingertips. Wonderful place to spend your vacation!

My family spent 10 days here and enjoyed every minute. Condo was very clean and mer our needs. We were close to the beach and were able to walk there within a minute. We are looking to return again next year!

Beautiful Retreat

My husband and I came down for a week in July. We loved this little condo, it had everything we could have needed. It had recently been updated and was decorated very nicely in a beach vibe.We loved that we were so close to the beach and the little tiki bars. We had an awesome time and plan on coming back soon! Obsessed!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in your Treasure Island condo. The 2 bedrooms were a blessing, as our boys had their own space and we had ours. The view of the intercoastal from the balcony was amazing, and having private access to the beach was such a plus! Our boys had a blast in the waves! The condo was very clean and cozy, and there was plenty to keep us busy nearby. Thank you!

Easy Beach Access

In addition to the cuteness of both of the condos, it's much quicker to get to the beach than it would appear at first on a satellite view. I would say door to sand is two minutes if you walk slow. 5 minutes to Caddys. Gayl and Brian are very flexible and deposit was returned quickly without asking. The laundry room was rarely being used so that was nice during a longer stay.

Absolutely perfect!

Sunset Beach on Treasure Island is our favorite place to stay. This condo wasn't on the beach, but it did have a view of the bay, which is almost as good. We saw a manatee from the dock, and the beach is a close walk across a not very busy street. We were able to walk to several of our favorite places. The condo itself was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was very nice to deal with also. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

Quiet and peaceful

Clean condo across the street from treasure island beach. Would rent from again. Plus, water right at condo has decent fishing. Plus we were fortunate enough to see 10-12 manatee in there. Quite the site!

Just enough...

This 2 bedroom condo was small but perfect for our family of 3. We did not anticipate staying in the condo much so the size was great. The view outside the front door was fantastic...just wish there was a picture window to view w/out leaving front door open.... Pool was large and quiet...Many locals live here so please be respectful. Beach access just across the street. Wonderful beach.

FUN TIMES

Very nice clean unit. We had everything we needed for a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, very easy access. Restaurants and groceries within a few miles. We enjoyed going to Bubba Gump Shrimp and Kilwans fudge shop. Only drawback for us older folks is climbing the stairs to second floor, but we managed.

Wonderful experience

Our family of four had a perfect week at Sunset Cove in Gayl’s 2 bedroom condo. It had all the amenities you would need, and a perfect location between the bay and beach. We walked to Caddy’s for good food and short drives to many other local places. We would definitely recommend renting this condo for a laid back week on the beach!The recommendations we have are to bring quarters for the washing machine (need $2.50 a load to wash/dry), you may want your own tent/umbrella for hot sun (some small ones in condo), check out a Rays game (way better than expected) and bring a fishing pole & bbq charcoals to grill!

Relaxing time at the beach

I rented a two bedroom condo at Sunset Cove . The unit was clean with fresh paint and new laminate flooring.The property sits in a quiet residential neighborhood but it is within a reasonable walk from several restaurants as well as a Publix and a Walgreens. The condo is 400 feet from a beautiful stretch of beach. Gayl, the owner, is very responsive and takes pride in her units. I had a great vacation at Sunset Cove.

PERFECT CONDO - PERFECT LOCATION

This condo at Sunset Cove was just awesome. As grandparents, we took two of our granddaughters (ages 13 and 9) with us to Treasure Island in Florida. The girls LOVED having their own bedroom. Both bedrooms were spacious and quite comfortable. The condo was wonderful and was complete with everything you could need to be comfortable. We always prefer Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. The beaches are less crowded and there is a grand laid-back atmosphere. This condo is just across the street from the beaches and has a great pool on site as well. (We took full advantage of both). The owners were wonderful to work with and fast to respond to our questions prior to our visit. This is a perfect location for a couple or family. We would gladly book here again for any future trips.

Perfect place to stay on the beach

We stayed in this condo on 2 occasions and it was perfect both times. Everything you need is ready when you arrive and the condo is spotless. The beach is super close, as is the pool. We had a car but could have easily walked everywhere because everything is so close. It really is a nice place to stay and working with Gayl is always so smooth and easy.

Treasure Island Beauty

Fabulous condo surrounded by water. Steps to the gulf right on the inland waters. Very clean and updated 2 bedroom unit with all the needs for a great holiday. 2nd floor location on a peninsula and dead end road away from the busy traffic. Pool has just been updated to code with lots of chairs and loungers. Just down the road within walking distance are 2 fabulous pubs that are well know in the area and offer the best in live entertainment. Sunsets are the best and the beach has just been restored by the US Army core of engineers. We look forward to many more years here.
