Tiffany R.Beautiful Condo, Stunning Views
We rented this condo for July and August 2025 while our condo at another community was undergoing renovations. A beautiful, well equipped clean unit with a huge wraparound lanai to enjoy your coffee and take in the breathtaking views of the lush grounds and spectacular canal where you may just get a glimpse of a manatee or two. Large pool, clean facilities including a grilling area. Not too far from beach. Conveniently located, gated entrance, safe and secure property with assigned covered parking. Everything was great. Communicative host. Met and superseded our expectations!!!!

This condo is spacious, clean, has everything you need and a great screened balcony. The pool is heated and just steps from the building and even has bathrooms available right at the pool.The beach is a bit of a walk away, too far for my senior mother to walk but well within walking distance for myself. The beach at this end of Marco is quite wide, so you’ll hit sand long before you hit water.The dock area is really nice as well, lots of opportunity to see fish swimming around. We were lucky enough to see some big (5 to 6 foot) tarpon hanging around the docks, and even one manatee.Overall, if you don’t care about a 15-20 minute walk to the gulf, this condo is perfect.James was a great and responsive host, the folks at the entrance gate were always friendly, and parking was shaded and right outside the condo.I would recommend staying here to any friend or family member heading to Marco Island.

This is a large, spacious and beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. The location is lovely and very secure. The beach is a bit of a walk if you have mobility issues. That’s the only reason for four stars as I just couldn’t make it! So we just jumped in the car and drove 5 minutes to the public beach on the other end of Marco. Their pool is large with lots of seating and warm water. We really enjoyed our stay.
