The complex has two large beautiful pools with large patio sunbathing areas with many lounge chairs to choose from. Off the pool decks are multiple barbecue gas grills and outdoor picnic tables if you choose to eat outdoors while viewing the pool and ocean at the same time. Oh yes, if you enjoy shuffleboard you can challenge someone to show off your skills. You will have a difficult time finding a better resort style property in the neighborhood. Plenty of parking for your rental car or Uber is available if you plan to participate in the local monthly wine tasting event. You can also rent bicycles upon request. Just ask us. Property Manager is constantly monitoring incoming messages and typically responds within an hour or less.

We loved our stay here. The condo is conveniently located right on the beach. The elevator right next to the unit made it so quick and easy to get down to the parking, pools and the beach. Very secure property with codes to get into pool area and on and off the beach. Condo is very well equipped and comfortable. Lounge chairs and tables with seating on decks facing the ocean to relax and unwind. It is a driving beach but traffic was not bad when we were there in November and everyone was respectful of those on the beach.View from the balcony was wonderful and the locations of this unit being the second one in you are close to everything. Loved listening to the waves crash into the shore. The complex was very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and it was great having two bathrooms and the full kitchen with everything we needed.My only issues is you can't put anything in the refrigerator bins or it will freeze making space in the refrigerator limited and missing one open shelf in the door. Hopefully this can be repaired. We managed fine but it would have been better if we could use the entire refrigerator. I actually used the bin instead of the freezer for some items.Would love to stay here again one day. Much better than some of the big high rise condos with that have sick a long way to get to the amenities and the kitchen does not have the full range and oven.Close to shopping and restaurants but you will want to stay at the complex and enjoy that area.Oh and the heated pool is actually heated. Was very nice to be able to use it when it is cooler outside.

We rented for a few days after a trip to Disney to spend more time with family in the area.The unit was nicely decorated and pretty much had anything you may have needed. There were a couple of beach chairs & boogie boards to use. We found tons of towels but only one beach towel on the labeled shelf in the linen closet. Also for a unit that accommodated 6 we only found one wash cloth in the closet.There were two things we wish we knew about in advance though. Upon arrival we noticed a dehumidifier in the dining room which we had to empty numerous times during our stay. A little inconvenient but we did it. Also the thermostat had to remain at 74 during the day. The temperature outside was pretty high the entire time we were there so the unit never felt cool when you came in from being at the pool or beach. We tried to keep all the curtains and blinds closed to keep it cooler.Other than that I would book the unit again.
