The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. And there is a queen sleeper sofa in the second living area. Full bath between the master and second bedrooms. Another full bath with step in shower in the hallway. At 2600 square feet, there are 2 large living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked for your needs. Five televisions with streaming, and highest speed Wi Fi. Washer and dryer. Beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs provided. Walk out into your beachfront back yard and soak up the sea air. Or hang out in the front covered courtyard. Relax in the heated pool (hot tub currently not functional). Quaint property with only 3 units. (There is also a 1 bedroom cottage and an efficiency apartment on this property.) The pool is shared with all 3 units. A perfect location and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Your reservation includes free parking for 2 cars. No pets. No smoking. Local Indian Rocks Beach City ordinances must be followed which include but are not limited to quiet hours beginning at 10PM - 8AM. No events permitted.
Just off Florida's west coast, in the Gulf of Mexico, lies a barrier island in a quaint little town called Indian Rocks Beach. If you look at a map of Florida, our area is the little point furthest out in the Gulf just west of Tampa. Centrally located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Just 25+ minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30+ minutes to Busch Gardens. Orlando with Disney World and Sea World is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

This 3bedroom, 2 bath was very spacious, well equipped, beds were comfortable and you could not beat the location on the beach and close by restaurants We will definitely visit again. Our property manager was extremely helpful.

We just got home from staying here for a week with two kids under two and it was magical and perfect. The house had plenty of room and all of the appliances and furniture that you would need to include beach towels and chairs.We knew we needed to have direct beach access this year with small children and it was perfect. We also wanted a pool and theirs is so lovely and private!Only suggestion would be to add a wagon!Tip - TJ’s across the street has the best pizza!We will definitely be back!

The home itself was a balance between modern elegance and cozy comfort, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment of arrival, the check-in process was a breeze. All thanks to the booking agent, Cheryl’s, meticulous organization, and her commitment to ensuring a smooth start to a memorable stay. Her professionalism was matched only by her warmth and friendliness, creating an atmosphere of genuine welcome. The home was recently renovated, and it all felt new. All 3 bedrooms had TVs, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and abundant. We made use of the beach chairs, the umbrella and even the shuffleboard set. We especially enjoyed the pool. The memories of the days spent under the sun and walking on the beach are unforgettable. Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet beach town, with some amazing restaurants and golf courses nearby. We will definitely return in the near future.
