All new appliances including washer and dryer. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a double sink in the master bathroom. The community is gated and features resort style pool, cabanas, dog park and direct access to the Legacy Trail. Trash, water/sewer, all amenities are included. Pets allowed with breed restrictions(pet fee and pet deposit is required). No smoking allowed on the property.

Greg and Ann S.Beautiful home in upscale community
We stayed in this home for 3 months this past winter. It is a very roomy house with a nice screened lanai and large garage. We used the pickleball courts and pool almost everyday when we were not biking or walking the friendly neighborhood. Lana is a wonderful host who took care of any issues immediately--when the clothes dryer stopped working she had people over the next morning to work on it and then had a new dryer delivered the following day. I wish I could get things done so quickly at my house! Our cat loved spending time on the lanai watching the lizards on the other side of the screen. The neighbors were all very friendly. I would rent this again but we are going to a different city next year.

Our experience at this house was delightful. Quiet and safe surroundings, close proximity to the beach. The owner was easy to reach, friendly and attentive. We had all we needed in the house for our stay including outdoor grill. It was an inviting, clean and high vibe place that made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.
