Our rental includes an ALL INCLUSIVE price for monthly villa rental, 4 seater golf cart, 2 temporary resident ID cards, utilities, all taxes & cleaning fee. Phillips Villas is just a short walk or golf cart ride to Publix grocery store, many restaurants, Mulberry Health Center, The Villages VA Clinic, nail salon, auto supply & more. Easy access to 42,441 & 301 to shop Walmart, Lowes, additional restaurants, shopping & grocery stores. Spanish Springs town square also just minutes away & accessible by golf cart.
Desirable Phillips Villas has a pool & shuffleboard court just steps away from the villa. This peaceful village is located near Mulberry Grove Recreation center with many indoor as well as outdoor activities including pickleball & the largest pool in the Villages! A short golf cart ride to one of the best known restaurants in The Villages, Legacy Restaurant at the Nancy Lopez Country Club as well as Oasis outdoor pool bar with nighty entertainment!!!
The fully equipped kitchen houses most small appliances you might need~including: Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer. Kitchen also fully stocked with all cookware, bakeware, utensils, dishes & glassware.
