Built solid in 1950, Nautical Rose is truly a one-of-a-kind O-G of the Emerald Coast. With the beach just a 3-minute walk away and goodies galore like a new large, heated saltwater pool (additional $50/day for heating), hot tub, multiple fire pits and BBQ grill included with this rental, Nautical Rose is soon to become your group’s favorite new beach hang-out. A fenced side yard is complete with a playground set for the kids, and real-wood fire pit for roasting the perfect s'more!

Area Information
There's something very special about the west end of Panama City Beach. We love Laguna Beach for its peace and tranquility, even in peak season. We love the fact we can walk our toddlers across the street to the beach without traffic. We never have to fight over a spot on the beach, since our area is almost exclusively for single-family-home vacationers and locals.
Perhaps what we love most about the neighborhood is our easy access to both Pier Park and 30A. Depending on our mood, we can get dressed up and have dinner in Seaside just 20 minutes away, or keep our bathing suits and sandals on for a casual seafood boil on the east end.

We purchased Nautical Rose just a few years ago as both a short term rental and a second home for our own family to enjoy. We have two toddlers, and we keep the place fully stocked for kiddos of all ages.

Clean, comfortable, quality furnishings with a fun beach vibe throughout. Gorgeous sunsets, fresh NEW pool, sparkling hot tub, 6 TV's, 2 big refrigerators, and lots of parking - what's not to love?! Centrally located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, one-half block from a beautiful, well-maintained public beach. So many details with families in mind! There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and even a big-wheeled wagon for the beach. Angela, the host, truly wants you to have a good stay and was responsive to my questions and concerns. I recommend you contact her!

Our family, without a doubt gives Nautical Rose a 5 star rating! Angela's responsiveness was incredible and gave us the feeling that she really cared about our stay. We spent our mornings in the screened in porch enjoying the propane fireplace, our afternoons in the beautiful salt water pool and playing corn hole. Our evenings were spent watching the breath taking sunsets on the beach and then jumping in the hot tub and playing pool upstairs. The home gave us the privacy we wanted and yet, we were only steps from the beach. Her home is equipped with everything you could imagine from 2 refrigerators, a washer/dryer, showers outside, etc. I would reserve this home again in a heartbeat! Brittany G.Perfect house for the perfect vacation!
We had such an incredible week at this house in Nov 2023. From the moment we booked, the responsiveness and care the owners/PM company showed with answering our questions was amazing. The house was as beautiful if not more than the photos. The location with driveway parking and next to two beach access points is hard to beat. The beach during the day and especially at sunset (Santorini-like sunset views!) was marvelous. The amenities in the house - especially the hot tub - made for a fantastic experience when it stormed a couple of days and we couldn’t head to the beach, too. And this was all before the pool was finished - we can’t wait to come back and experience the pool next time!!

Angela has thought of everything to make this a perfect family beach getaway. The house is so close to a quiet and pristine beach, gorgeous sunsets! We especially enjoyed using the fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor showers. The beach supplies and extra amenities really set this home apart from other rentals/hotels.

Absolutely loved this house, it has so much character and charm; it's clear the owner takes great pride in keeping it looking great. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen has tons of supplies provided I wouldn't have expected from a rental, and the game room upstairs is great for the kids. We went to the beach every day, multiple times a day, it's such an easy, short walk. Sunsets and sunrises on the beach cannot be beach, this part of Laguna/PCB is so peaceful and the water is so pretty!
