There's something very special about the west end of Panama City Beach. We love Laguna Beach for its peace and tranquility, even in peak season. We love the fact we can walk our toddlers across the street to the beach without the worry of traffic! We never have to fight over a spot on the beach, since our area is almost exclusively for single-family-home vacationers and locals.
Perhaps what we love most about the neighborhood is our easy access to both Pier Park and 30A. Depending on our mood, we can get dressed up and have dinner in Seaside just 20 minutes away, or keep our bathing suits and sandals on for a casual seafood boil on the east end of PCB.

Angela has been an exceptional host from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating and promptly answered all of our questions, both before and during our stay. Angela even checked in on us multiple times to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house itself is spacious, with a generous number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our kids were thrilled to see that Angela had thoughtfully considered their needs, both inside and outside the house. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the convenience of having two refrigerators. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone and were used frequently throughout our stay. The various outdoor seating areas allowed us to spread out and relax comfortably. We were pleasantly surprised to find additional pool and beach items provided by Angela, which enhanced our experience even further. In fact, we were so impressed by our stay that we left some items behind for future families to enjoy. The walk to the beach was effortless at any time of day, and we appreciated the fact that the house is situated away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within a short drive to all the attractions. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for an unforgettable vacation experience.

Clean, comfortable, quality furnishings with a fun beach vibe throughout. Gorgeous sunsets, fresh NEW pool, sparkling hot tub, 6 TV's, 2 big refrigerators, and lots of parking - what's not to love?! Centrally located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, one-half block from a beautiful, well-maintained public beach. So many details with families in mind! There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and even a big-wheeled wagon for the beach. Angela, the host, truly wants you to have a good stay and was responsive to my questions and concerns. I recommend you contact her!

Brittany G.Perfect house for the perfect vacation!
We had such an incredible week at this house in Nov 2023. From the moment we booked, the responsiveness and care the owners/PM company showed with answering our questions was amazing. The house was as beautiful if not more than the photos. The location with driveway parking and next to two beach access points is hard to beat. The beach during the day and especially at sunset (Santorini-like sunset views!) was marvelous. The amenities in the house - especially the hot tub - made for a fantastic experience when it stormed a couple of days and we couldn’t head to the beach, too. And this was all before the pool was finished - we can’t wait to come back and experience the pool next time!!

Angela has thought of everything to make this a perfect family beach getaway. The house is so close to a quiet and pristine beach, gorgeous sunsets! We especially enjoyed using the fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor showers. The beach supplies and extra amenities really set this home apart from other rentals/hotels.

Absolutely loved this house, it has so much character and charm; it's clear the owner takes great pride in keeping it looking great. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen has tons of supplies provided I wouldn't have expected from a rental, and the game room upstairs is great for the kids. We went to the beach every day, multiple times a day, it's such an easy, short walk. Sunsets and sunrises on the beach cannot be beach, this part of Laguna/PCB is so peaceful and the water is so pretty!
