Serenade by the Sea is nestled in Sunnyside Beach. Sunnyside is a hidden gem that has a more residential feel than the rest of the Emerald Coast. It is hidden away from the bumper-to-bumper traffic along 30a, Destin, and PCB. On Sunnyside Beach, there are no McMansions allowed right on the beachfront, meaning that you have access to an entire "Old Florida" beach that still has footpaths through the native dune vegetation and sea oats.

This home is only a few years old and is designed as a residence, not just a rental. The lovely home is only one house away from Front Beach Road and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Serenade by the Sea comfortably accommodates 12 guests, making it the ideal family getaway. The house has everything you expect in a luxury property, including a big pool with a wading area, grill, elevator, outdoor shower, covered lanai, 8 Smart TVs (bring your Disney+ and Netflix accounts), WiFi 6 network, and a commanding view from the balconies. Our house is right between 30a and Pier Park, making it a quick drive to shopping centers in either direction. It's only a mile away from Thomas' Donut Shop, a favorite local eatery!

The dimensions of the pool are 15’ x 32’ by 6’ on the deep end. Larger than the standard "Jellybean" pool. The bottom surface of the pool has a Sparkling Blue finish. A paver patio surrounds the pool area over 10 feet all around the pool to allow for chairs, etc. 
The pool has a "Sun Shelf" that allows for wading and or sitting in the water.  The pool gradually slopes from 3 feet at one side to a deep end of a full 6 feet.  

Water features include a fountain shooting from the side into the pool.  Multicolored LED lights are built into the pool.      

Pool heating is available.  During the Summer,  heating is not generally needed.  

Ease of access is unbeatable: only a 20-minute drive from the airport (ECP: Emerald Coast Beaches International Airport) without toll roads.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during checkout or by calling us directly.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
3) POOL can be HEATED for an additional COST.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
5) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental period.
