Our lakeside condo is on the ground floor and has a screened lanai seating area for your enjoyment. The living room is quite spacious and has a flat screen television, a DVD player, a queen sleeper sofa bed, and has seating for up to six guests. The dining area also has seating for six. Save money by preparing your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen area. The kitchen has all appliances, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, everything you would find in your own kitchen at home. This condo has two full bathrooms, towels and a hair dryer are provided, along with starter soap and shampoo. The condos master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen cable television, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds, flat screen TV and walk in closet. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your convenience, and an iron and ironing board. Sleeps up to six guests. Orlando, Kissimmee is a great location for a family holiday, with easy access to Florida's big attractions - Disney World, Busch Gardens,Hollywood Studios, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios and the amazing and awe-inspiring water parks of Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.
Most people come for the theme parks.
Visit Discovery Cove and swim with the dolphins. You could play golf nearby. There is a wide choice of golf courses, including a Nick Faldo course or visit nature reserves.
Another must is to visit Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay - an hour drive.
There are also rides through the Florida Everglades and plenty of children-friendly activities to keep everyone happy. The area has some excellent beaches, amongst them the white sandy beaches of Clearwater Beach on the Gulf coast and Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast.
If it's nightlife you are looking for then there are plenty of attractions such as Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, City Walk, and Kissimmee main street along with the night clubs and restaurants on International Drive.
Approximately 69 miles to the east you will find the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral.

Rental Price does not include the tourist tax of 13.5%. This is an extra charge. We allow a minimum rental period of 4 nights . Refundable Security Deposit of $170.00 to be held against breakage/damage will be required 60 days in advance of your arrival date. This will be returned after your stay, and in the event of cancellation will be returned in full. Flexible arrival and departure dates can be accommodated. 50% Payment of the rental (including tax) is required at the time of booking. General Tax tourist tax of 13.5%. We can take payment by PayPal or by American check/British cheque. We can also take payment by wire transfer or by Bank transfer in UK. A standard Rental Agreement is required for insurance purposes. We allow flexible check in and check out times subject to no other guests being booked in on changeover day.
Standard check in time is 4.00 pm. Standard check out time is 10.00 am. We allow flexible check in and check out times subject to no other guests being booked in on changeover day.
The legal jargon:- There is a security deposit of $170 to be applied to the reasonable cleaning and/or replacement of property/furnishings/fixtures/fittings/breakages. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure from the condo. There is a standard Rental Agreement to be signed for insurance purposes - but the company do provide better cover. We can take payment by PayPal. Bank transfer preferably in British pounds, although US $ and Euro are acceptable if agreed in advance. We can also take payment via PayPal in British pounds, although we would have to impose a small charge for this (imposed by PayPal). If you use your credit card, PayPal will charge you extra. Cancellation policy - if you cancel your booking we will retain 50% of the amount, but any cancellations within 8 weeks of your due date of arrival at the condo would not be refundable. We recommend travel insurance.

We spent 6 weeks in Mary's Ground Floor 4 Bedroom Condo at Legacy Dunes. The condo is spacious and tastefully decorated, it is very clean and well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable long term stay. The condo would be suitable for a remote working staycation as it has excellent wi-fi. The Legacy Dunes gated complex is very well maintained and quiet with a mix of permanent and holiday residents. The heated pool and other facilities are all very good with plenty of parking and a convenient location for Disney and nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Mary was very easy and pleasant to communicate with and extremely helpful. Mary also has a 2 bedroom unit available in the same complex. Book on for best rates.

Quel magnifique condo. Nous avons réservé ce condo pour 6 semaines. Il faut souligner la propreté du condo et tous les éléments inclus. Il est à proximité des attractions ( Disney et autres ) Le site est calme et reposant, la piscine est chaude et le site est agréable. L'accès aux restaurants, épiceries et autres est très facile.Mme Jacobs est très disponible et son service est impeccable. De plus, elle peut offrir un autre condo sur le même site pour des groupes plus importants que 2 individus .Donc, repos. calme et détente.
