About the owner: We decided on this area after working in a nearby city. I grew up in Bowling Green, Ky and my wife (Joan) spent most of her childhood in California, as her father was in the military and moved quite often.
I too retired from the Army, so she had to move many more times. After retiring from the Army, I worked for a defense contractor another 22 years. During that time Joan taught art education in elementary school.
I obtained my undergraduate from WKU and a masters from Kanas State University. Joan also graduated from K-state and obtained her masters from Cabrini College.
We have lived numerous in places both in the states and overseas and still travel just for the enjoyment.

Why this property? While working at a nearby city, we fell in love with the area and made a decision to retire in the area. We purchased this house and lived there for 18 months, while building our house just blocks away.
We enjoyed our time in Casa Grande very comfortable and large enough for our large family.
We think it is a great home in a great neighborhood. Very safe, great location, only steps from the beach, and a pool just across the street. The house is inviting and can sleep 15 very comfortably.
