Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beautifully renovated, Paradise in Ponce is nestled in Ponce Inlet, Florida. Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse is within walking distance. This beach front building has a beach view from the family room and primary bedroom. This no drive beach is gorgeous and the building itself is home to many of the owners. Rentals are one month minimum and the building is relatively quiet. We've tried to include everything we can think of to make your stay amazing!
Ponce Inlet, Florida is a small community located on the barrier tip of a barrier island just south of Daytona Beach. The town boasts only about 3,500 residents. Ponce Inlet is the home of the Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse (winner of the 2022 Trip Advisor award)which is the tallest lighthouse is Florida (175 feet high) and one of the tallest in the country. Our lighthouse has been guiding mariners for over 130 years. Ponce Inlet is also the original home of racing. NASCAR formed in 1948 and the races ran on the beach until 1960. A beautiful strip of beach with marine life, a science center, marinas, the inlet and more are here for your enjoyment in our fabulous Ponce Inlet.

About the owner: About the Owners: We first vacationed in Ponce Inlet in 1995. Cathy grew up going to the Daytona Area beaches, Ormond, & New Smyrna. We fell in love with the quiet beaches in Ponce Inlet. Here, we have watched our three children taste sand for the first time , learn to swim, learn to surf, and fall in love with the beach. Our favorite feature of this unit is that we are beach front and can easily go back and forth to the beach without having to go through the pool area or garage. Our first-floor unit has beautiful views & allows us space to dine, nap, or read a book ocean side right in our own outdoor space. Even rainy days are wonderful with this location! We are so thankful for each of our renters and are blessed to have found a group of renters that care for our place as if it is their own!
Why this property? Ponce Inlet is stunning!!! It's our "happy place."
Everyday, the water is different. Some days there are few waves. Some days there are huge waves! It's always a surprise. This is a NO DRIVE, no dog beach. Expect to see all ages enjoying the waves sand, and marine life. We chose this building because we've been coming here sine 1995. It's a quiet building with many full time residents. We know one another. It's a home away from home.
We have raised our children on this beach and love spending time there.
We are a 2 mile walk to the Ponce Inlet jetty & inlet. We love taking paddle boards & kayaks to the inlet (or renting them) and heading out to disappearing island. It's just across the water int he mangroves. We love to head out with a cooler and chairs for the day.
We also love walks on the beach and taking chairs down right in front of our building. Or grabbing a board and heading out to surf. We have restrooms at the pool and hot tub. You can pivot from the pool, to the beach, to the hot tub! And, you can take a break to walk next door to grab a bite at Racing's North Turn.
