Come and enjoy our spacious villa in Rotonda West.

The open plan living space is tastefully decorated with a living room, a dining area for 6 people and a family room. There is a large HD SmartTV with soundbar for a cozy movie night. There are more than 200 television channels available.

The new kitchen is very well equipped and has a breakfast bar, and breakfast room where 4 people can sit.

From the master king size bedroom one enters the bathroom en-suite. In the guest area there is a further queen size bedrooms, with a walk-in closet and the second bathroom, which has direct access to the pool area.

There is a third bedroom with twin beds and use of a third shower /bathroom

In the pool area is enough space for sun loungers, a dining table for 6 people and a cozy sitting area. From here you can watch the sunset over a cool drink and enjoy the holiday. Of course, a grill for a delicious American steak is not missing!

The view from the pool area is over the lake and landscaped gardens.

The entire villa is southwest facing. The covered lanai offers in the summer sufficient protection against the intense sun and occasional rain showers.

The entire house is air conditioned and has additional ceiling fans. High quality towels, pool towels and bed linen is provided.

Rotonda West is an unincorporated, deed-restricted community situated in west Charlotte County, Florida, United States. Rotonda West sits near the Gulf of Mexico, in southwest Florida, between Sarasota and Fort Myers. It’s a great place for those who enjoy the warm weather and the outdoors. 30 miles (48 km) of ponds, lakes, and canals make their way through the city, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the water. There are beaches, parks, wildlife, and five golf courses to explore.
