Clean, quiet, and convenient to everything. We stayed during fall break so it was not crowded. We enjoyed perfect weather. The condo was as expected. It is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. The side stair are closer. New appliances and recently updated. Very clean. Beach was about 5 minute walk across the street.
