A security/damage deposit of $500 is due via Venmo immediately to secure your reservation. ~FOR RENTALS LESS THAN A YEAR OUT: First half (50%)of rental fee is due 120 days prior to arrival via Venmo, personal or cashier's check. Balance of 2nd half (50%) plus additional fees is due 45 days prior to arrival via Venmo, personal or cashier's check. ~FOR SEASONAL RENTALS MORE THAN 1 YEAR OUT: A deposit equal to 10% of total cost of reservation ($500 sec. deposit is included) must be paid immediately to secure your reservation. All terms will be provided in detail in rental agreement and given the opportunity to be reviewed prior to making final decision.
