Our priority is finding quality guests who will care for the property rather than simply making money.
Our condo is first-class all the way. You won’t find any bargain-basement furniture here. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare great meals, including a full complement of bar glasses and utensils for sophisticated entertaining. The guest bathroom features deluxe shower heads and glass shower doors. Included with your rental is a deluxe IPTV Package including many sports packages as well as a highspeed dedicated internet service (1200 Mbps), and a full-size washer and dryer. The lanai faces the gulf, with the perfect view of the 11th green and a wildlife refuge area. There are no buildings behind the conduct to take away from the natural beauty of and stunning sunsets you will see from the lanai.
We typically only rent the Condo only once a year. It is impeccably cleaned prior to your arrival and is extremely well appointed. We typically allow out guest to use the beach wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrella, as well as coolers and grocery cart. All you really need to stay here is clothing.
The property is beautifully maintained and well-managed, offering amenities such as a golf membership and a social membership that provides access to several satellite pools, including a resort-style pool, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, spa, formal restaurant and a tiki bar. Heritage Landing is a gated community just 15 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport.
Fees:
Fees Vary by length of stay. They typically average $100 a month for a Social Membership Transfer (Mandatory) and $150 a month for Golf Membership Transfer (Optional).

Why Kids Love It
The Condo is defiantly appointed in an adult oriented state. Contact me with questions relative to children staying. Typically we allow children to stay short term as a renters guest, but not long term.
This is a gated golf country club, situated 7 miles south of Punta Gorda and 10 miles north of Cape Coral. Minutes from Punta Gorda airport.
The Clubhouse offers a diverse menu from steaks and seafood to sandwiches. The Tiki bar next to the Resort Pool offers a ton of specialty drinks, sandwiches and appetizers. There are ton of restaurants in both Punta Gorda and Cape Coral a few minutes drive away.

We love kids and have children and grandchildren. The condo is done with adult entertainment in mind. It has been our experience, that glassware, breakable dishes, tile floors and children don't mix well. Lets face kids are hard on furnishing and appointments and we do our upmost to keep the Condo in a pristine condition. With that being said feel free to reach out to us with special needs or concerns.
Again we love animals, in fact I like dogs more than I like most people. But, again pets are not good on furniture, floors and other appointments. We want our guest to feel certain that no animals have been in the condo prior to their stay.
I am both a veteran, as are all of my brothers and sons and a retired first responder as was my dad and two of my sons. If I can find a way to make your stay more comfortable and more affordable I will.... Semper Fi
The transfer cost are supposed to remain the same for the 2026 season. The Cart fee (what they call it here, instead of round fee) is $75 per person. While I do not anticipate an increase next year, I have no control over the golf board. So fees are subject to change.
