Why this property? We love this area to get away from the noise of Atlanta or the crowded beaches along the panhandle! Alligator Point is amazing for the nature and wildlife-lover, for the remote worker looking for a getaway, or the fishing guru looking for adventure from the beach or on a kayak :)
