The home's first floor has 2 full-over-full bunk beds and a shared bathroom to a king-sized bedroom. The stairs take you up to the second floor which includes an open living room, newly-renovated kitchen, and a queen-sized bedroom. The living room has a perfect view of the ocean, a balcony with outdoor seating, and a large dining table to enjoy game nights with friends and family. The kitchen also has a wine fridge and ice maker. The second floor bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool as well as a private bathroom. The stairs then take you up to the third floor which holds two bedrooms. The open master bedroom has a king sized bed, desk, lounge chairs, and a balcony with a chair swing facing the ocean. There is no better place to lay down and watch the sunset! There is also a newly-renovated private bathroom with a luxurious shower. The other bedroom down the hall overlooks the pool with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The private pool can also be heated during the colder months!

This home also comes with 4 bikes and is walking distance to some great restaurants in the area! You will have the option to rent a golf cart as well.

Area Information

The oceanfront home is located right on 30A, and it's just a 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. You have the ability to travel along 30A by bike, golf cart, or by foot. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the house as well!
