This beautiful unit is located on the THIRD FLOOR, so if you prefer a lower-floor condo, this is the place for you.
The third-floor location is a preferred benefit over other floors because, from the parking garage, you don't have to ride an elevator to get to your condo. AND, if there are elevator waits in the summer, you can walk down the stairs to the ground floor where the beach is. This floor is the best because it is high enough to offer views and privacy but low enough to feel like your are on the beach!
Location, location, location! Very close to Pier Park. Walk to shopping, eating, movie theater and more. Calypso is the closest complex to Pier Park.
The condo has a king bed in the primary ensuite. There are 2 beds (bunk) located in the hallway, and a new (2022) sofa with queen sleeper in the living room.
This is in Tower 1, and is on the beach. (Towers 1-2 are on the beach. Tower 3 is across the street)

There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $60. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.

The condo was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the beach from the balcony was spectacular. The easy access from the parking garage to the condo was a plus. Once we got our groceries, we didn’t use our car until we checked out. Pier Park and so many restaurants were in easy walking distance. Being steps away from the beach was so convenient. Checking in was a breeze and communicating with Steve, with a couple questions I had, were answered right away.

This was the perfect condo as it’s conveniently located on the third floor. There was no having to wait for the elevator, big plus when having your arms and hands full. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with plenty of kitchen essentials..(too much to list) We enjoyed being close to Thomas Doughnuts and Pier Park. We will definitely be contacting you again, as this unit was one of the best we have stayed at Calypso. Thank you for your hospitality.
