KatieLocation, location, location. We’ve stayed in this condo a couple of times now. This is a prime location right on the beach! It’s not super close to public parking so the beach didn’t get crowded. Outdoor, heated pool. The hot tub was out of order while we stayed there. Dedicated parking space. Kitchen is well stocked for a rental unit. Linens and towels included. Starter items like dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap and paper towels all in the unit. There was a whole spice cabinet which was great for cooking! There were beach chairs and a canopy and a few beach toys for the kids. Great, fast communication from the rental company. The landscape/hardscape workers were there daily so there was a little bit of noise from the work that continues from the hurricane clean up efforts. Signs were also hanging around the property that the property itself would be getting upgrades later this year. Would highly recommend this unit and would stay there again!

LaurenNeeds updating. Lights were out so place was very dark. Bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly and water pressure bad. Seemed a little run down/dingy.Also, they didn’t tell us that there was going to be construction going on right in front of the condo so we heard that all morning. Also, our pool was under construction for the first three days so we had to use the next-door pool which was crowded and even one day that one was down. I asked for some sort of compensation, but did not hear anything back. Very disappointing.

Kathy K.We enjoyed our stay however felt the condo was overpriced for the age and condition. Suggest they paint the front door as 1st impressions matter. We had an issue with the lock on the door not working properly and we’re told owners would make things right since we lost most of a day of our vacation. Unfortunately when we reached out they discontinued conversation with us. Nothing was ever done to make this right. Very disappointing!

MatthewOverall, it was an average place to stay for the amount (which was cheaper compared to what other people said they were paying at the same facility). The condo is in a great location and the host were superb at communication. That being said, the condo could use some updating. Both elevators went down while we were there (but were up and running by the afternoon), found bugs in the condo and the couch had a wooden board underneath the cushions.Pros - Great location and access to the beach, host is helpful and great response time, great quiet area for families with kids regarding things to do.Cons - condo could use a good cleaning and refresh, condo association needs to update building, found some creepy crawlies during our stay and guest parking is extremely limited for the space.

CarrieWe stayed for 1 week, location of the condo was perfect. I was a little apprehensive of booking the condo because there weren’t many reviews however I didn’t regret it at all. I do think they could have provided more information about the condo itself for example where to bring the garbage and where things are located on the property. It would have been helpful having this information readily available in the condo instead of trying to figure it out walking the property or talking to other renters. I also find it helpful when renting a condo is having information and things to do etc available for the tenants to look at. Overall it was a nice condo, great location and the views from the balcony were amazing. The whole family loved Indian Rocks beach and will be back!

KathleenOur family of 5 (2 adults, 2 16 year old girls, 11 year old boy) stayed in the unit. We loved the view, especially being right on the beach. The condo pool was great and the kids enjoyed the Rec Room with ping pong and played several games in the afternoon/evening.The unit looked like the photos and was clean.We enjoyed the ocean-front balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets.We loved LuLu’s ice cream on the beach and highly recommend stopping by for a scoop of their homemade ice cream.

EricNice place. Mirrors on the walls make it look a lot bigger in the photos than it actually is. Very warm and humid inside when we first arrived, but cooled off after a few hours with the a/c tuned up. Excellent beach access and amenities, great gulf view, and decent proximity to restaurants, bars, and a publix (8 min drive). A bit on the pricey side, but overall worth it.

HeidiThis was our third vacation with our grandkids at Sandcastle 1 . We like the Indian Shores beach and Sandcastle pool. We appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and seeing manatees and dolphins. We’d recommend for families.

MarleneThe location was great. The HVAC unit needs to be replaced. It went off two times while we were there and got extremely warm. The entrance to the property is very discouraging The door and the entrance entrance totally was automatic turn off. But everything else was fine. Beds were not the most comfortable but were OK.

TiffanyBeautiful sunsets! The furnishings and decor look like the photos. Both the twin beds have trundles underneath, which was a nice surprise. There were beach chairs and an umbrella for use. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Unit needs some maintenance.. We had a few issues during our stay that were addressed promptly. We had a wonderful spring break stay and always look forward to a trip to the sun coast!

TaraAmazing time in Indian Shores Florida. Our accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. We needed this accommodation very last minute and the hosts were quick to reapond and very helpful with the booking. We would absolutely stay here again.
