AndreaWe had such a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as pictured—bright, clean, and so comfortable. We loved how relaxing it felt from the moment we arrived, and we especially enjoyed watching the sunset every evening.We did have to reach out once for a minor maintenance issue, and the host was incredibly responsive and handled it as best as they could. We were so grateful for the quick communication and care.Overall, a delightful stay in a beautiful spot—highly recommend!

LynnThis place was everything we hoped for. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is breath taking including the sunset views. It is a short uber drive to many great restaurants. It is in a great neighborhood and we felt very safe at all times. We had 2 10yr olds with us and they had a blast at the pool and jacuzzi. We will be back!!

BWe have been staying at the Sand Dollar since I was a teen. Now in my adult years I was able to share my experience with my twin boys. It was such a wonderful stay, right on the ocean!! If you are looking for a location close to Clearwater and St. Pete's but with out the traffic and people at the beach this is the place. Condo was really clean and happy place made it super easy to book and communicate with any questions.

KyleOur stay at this beautiful condo was absolutely wonderful! We had such a memorable time during our family week at the beach. It was extra special as it was our babies first beach trip, and we loved every moment of watching him experience the sand and the Gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning sunsets from the balcony, playing in the Gulf and the sand all day, and splashing around in the pool. The condo was perfect for our family, clean, and well-equipped. We're already dreaming of next year's trip back here!

CarrieEnjoyed our stay! Great location… SUPER nice staff that went above and beyond to accommodate our family on short notice. Appreciate the extra amenities provided to us for our large group. Pool, hot tub, and general areas were clean. Balcony and view were great! Ocean area was clean and kept. Seashell hunting was fun! Even saw a sea turtle coming to lay her eggs! Note: Pier was wiped out by hurricane and not accessible. It provides great shade though! Port-a-potties for the pool (being rebuilt from hurricane) were the CLEANEST and LARGEST I’ve ever seen! Nicer than permanent public potties! Beach gear and beach towels were a nice touch too! We really enjoyed our stay!

JulieWe enjoyed staying here, the condo was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool area is updated and looks so much better than the pictures. The pier is broken from the hurricanes but they were saying they were about to get started fixing it. They need to put a sign on how to turn on the valve for the shower outside near the beach, the one to clean yourself off. No one was able to figure that out. We had to tell so many people! But that has nothing to do with the condo at all, thats sand dollar management. Just stating it. Definitely recommend checking it out. We had an issue with the shower head and they were right out to fix it. They were very nice and responsive.

MollyEverything was amazing and just like the photos! Lots of room, lots of extras, like beach chairs, and a cooler and beach towels. The hosts were extremely responsive whenever I had a question and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Unfortunately for us, hurricane Helene forced a mandatory evacuation after only three days of our trip, but the host promised us a discount for the next visit so we are looking forward to that. Many prayers to all of those who are cleaning up and rebuilding.

ChelseaFirst trip to this part of Florida. The beach was gorgeous, private and quiet compared to Clearwater beach. The condo was exactly like the pictures posted and CLEAN! Happy Place Vacation Rentals was very responsive and helpful. The previous tenants took the pool key with them. They responded quickly and brought me a new key the next day. We only have 2 things we did not like the first thing was the building only having one elevator. The second thing was I liked everything being keyless but felt a bit overboard on some things. Examples: requiring a key to access the bathrooms on the pool deck and having to enter a code every time you come through the gate from the beach to the condo. Overall highly recommend this condo and its beautiful location and beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. Great spot for a family vacation.

ColleenOur family really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. There was plenty of room for everyone. The WiFi worked well which was important because my husband had to work remotely during our stay. We have had issues at other vacation rentals, so having fast WiFi was important to us. The beach was amazing with super, soft white sand and beautiful sunsets! We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

HeidiThe decorations in the rooms were lovely, and it was very nice to be right on the beach., but this place is in need of updating/remodel. The air conditioner only went to a low of 72 and that was too hot for us northerners. Overall I felt it was a little overpriced by the time the fees were all added. Could be a gem with some TLC. We made fun memories regardless.

MezmaWhat a wonderful week in this beautiful paradise get away. I'm local, but we came here to get a break and do some soul refreshing. The sunsets from the balcony were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was well equipped and even had luggage racks and grocery carts to bring things up and down in the elevator.

KristenThe view was amazing! We loved the accessibility from the pool to the beach. The outdoor pool was clean, warm, and inviting. The hosts were very accommodating and provided a portable crib and high chair upon request. We had a group of 9 people of ages from 1-76 and I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone!

Irene C.All was good in the condo unit. The only issue was inability to get a lounge chair at the pool due to other guests reserving them at daybreak. Signage said no reserving but there was no follow through. That is something that should be addressed to the condo association.
