The home is situated in tranquil Cassine Village which offers guests 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, a nature trail, and a variety of shops and restaurants within short walking distance.

Specifically designed to maximize your family fun, the home features an open living, dining, and kitchen floor plan on the main level with a huge screened-in porch in the back with a ping pong table, custom bar, and seating area. The screened-in porch backs up to a nature preserve offering privacy and lush tropical greenery. Outside you will find parking for 3 cars, a hot/cold shower, a gas grill, and a beach gear storage closet with complimentary chairs. Each level has a covered porch on the front of the house for your morning coffee and relaxing in the outdoors. TVs in each bedroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer provide everything you need to make your trip effortless.

The large master suite features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom that offers his and her vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The upstairs bunk room features 3 twin XL bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed with a twin XL bunk and a walk-in closet.

The well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and colorful backsplash, has everything you will need to cook at home. The kitchen has seating for three at the counter and when it’s time to eat, gather at the six-person table

Within walking distance of the home you will find excellent dining, a fresh local seafood market (highly recommended), shopping, and bike and golf cart rentals. The idyllic town of Seaside is just 2 miles away for additional dining and shopping fun (bikes recommended). The HUB, a nearby hotspot, offers outdoor entertainment, food, and fun for all ages. Deer Lake State Park is an easy bike ride along 30A to experience the untouched beauty of the 30A beaches and rare dune lakes. Seagrove Beach is centrally located on 30A, allowing you to explore all of the great towns along 30A with a short drive in either direction. Come see what 30A has to offer!
