Lake Powell offers easy access to the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Paddle to the beach with the provided SUPs and kayaks. It may sound ambitious, but it's easier than you think! Or if you prefer, take a quick bike ride to Phillips Inlet Beach Access from the house.

With 2,800 square feet of lavish living space, the stunning property includes a 5-BD/5.5BA main house, accompanied by a charming 1BR/1BA carriage house.

A blend of modern comfort and timeless elegance, the entire home feels luxurious and inviting. The open living area is immense; make sure to take advantage of the full kitchen and accommodating dining table. The main floor also has a primary bedroom, king, with full bathroom.

There’s no shortage of luxury living on the second floor. The primary bedroom, king, features vaulted ceilings and uninterrupted views of the lake. Across the hall, a second sitting room invites you to unwind in a more intimate setting. Two additional bedrooms on this level ensure comfort and privacy.



The carriage house exudes its own charm and elegance. With a vaulted ceiling, spacious bedroom, and full bathroom, it's an idyllic space for couples or individuals.
